The (Companion) Bike

My bike is the central element of my travel. Like in real life, you are alive as long as you are in motion. I am confident about my choice for the Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 (TEX).

The TEX is a 3 Cylinder, 1215ccm, 137hp, adventure travel bike, that is for sure heavier than the mid sized light bikes, however gives me the comfort I need for >50.000km being 6ft 2 inches tall.

I certainly did some modifications, where the major ones are supported by Touratech, such as suspension on the front (Springs by Hyperpro) and rear (Highend by Tractive),
the panniers (Zega PRO2) or the drivers seat (breathable drivers comfort seat) and
some smaller items such as the radiator guard and the side stand switch protection.

I build myself a fog light system with the LED Lamps from Nolden and the wire harness and power switch from Motobozzo. That gave me a really smart solution to switch them on/off with activating travelling light twice quikly (no extra button).
